Main Features

• Improved search queries to match subwords and have handle “fuzziness”
  • Collapsed all fields into a mega field called body
  • Added a special n gram and autocomplete processor to the body field
  • Updates the search API to query against this improved search
  • Updated the scripts to help run the setup command
• Handle api is now using FastAPI
  • Aligns the ARDC Handle service API with the other Docker Lambda FastAPI services
